Yes, you can place an order and gift it to someone. All you have to do is share the address of the receiver while placing the order.
You can track your order by entering the system generated tracking number.
You can order a replacement of a faulty or wrong product delivered to you by sending us an email and mentioning the tracking number in the subject line. Please note that the product to be replaced, will not be accepted by LEATHERWALA courier service if the original label has been removed
You can order a replacement of a product if you have received an open or damaged package or if there is a manufacturing defect. You may also place an exchange request if a wrong product in terms of model number, colour, dimensions or specifications has been delivered to you. While placing a replacement request you need to provide a valid reason for the exchange request. LEATHERWALA reserves the right to consider or deny any replacement request
